He was also a Political Researcher for the EU’s delegation to China in Beijing. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Cambridge University, and spent a year on exchange at MIT.

Stefan is a PhD in computer science, with a focus on cyber security, distributed computing, blockchain architecture and smart contracts.
He has led numerous international research and development projects and is currently a director of Research & Development in S2 Grupo, a leading Spanish national company specializing in CyberSecurity and Exploitation of Mission Critical Systems.
For a period of ten years, he held a position of the Director of Internet and Ubiquitous Computing Group at the Valencia Instituto Tecnologico de Informatica. Stefan holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Manchester.

Dr Theodosis (Theo) Mourouzis is a leading cryptologist and information security expert.He is currently on the ICO Certificate Commission for the Hong Kong Financial Commission, prior to which he was a Systems and Fraud Analytics Expert at Lloyds Banking Group and Cryptology Consultant for the UK Centre for Defence Enterprise.
He is a research Fellow at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies, an MD at Cyprus Blockchain Technologies Ltd, a participant in the ISO/TC 307 Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies at the ISO - International Organization for Standardization, member for the Blockchain Advisory Board at the EC-Council.
He holds a PhD in Information Security with Specialisation in Cryptography and MRes in Security Science from University College London and is a recipient of the 1st award in the UK Cyber Cipher Security Challenge in 2013.

He is a member of the Royal Statistical Society, the UCL Blockchain Centre, British Blockchain Association with degrees in Psychology, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Economics and a PhD in Computer Science, specialising in deep learning, recommendation systems, statistical modelling and research design.
